Excellent customer service. Saved our family road trip from becoming a disaster when car broke down coming from California. Even though they were busy they were able to squeeze us in, find the problem, and fix it by the end of the day so we could continue tour trip across Nevada. They even helped us get to a place to grab a bite to eat while we were waiting for the car with the kids. Highly recommend them if you're in the area!

They're a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.They're always pleasant to deal with and they're honest and do what they say they'll do and do it well.

Scam shop, cracked my windshield and faulty reprogrammed ECU (that I didn't need!) caused misfires and had to be fixed by Capital Ford in Carson City. Owners of shop refuse to reimburse or refund overcharged services. DO NOT GO HERE!
