They were very kind. They took photos of everything they did on my vehicle, so I knew exactly what was being done or needed to be done. I appreciated everything they did for people in the medical field and will be sure to go back.

The CoAuto team is always so helpful and friendly. They will send you texts with pictures throughout your vehicles progress. While they can seem a bit pricey they are not too far off from other shops and you can rest assured you will get the best service and treated with respect. I have been here for service a dozen times and have never not been greeted with a smile or a corny joke! Highly recommended locally owned Reno proud shop.

Wow! Idk where to begin, but my first phone call to my service and me driving away, 2 days later I'm still impressed!!! I was afraid to go to a place I haven't been or heard of and scared I was gonna get told from A-Z what's wrong and since they know vehicles more than me I would get this huge bill BUT everything they said was wrong I got pictures and they are so honest!!! And for me to actually see it in full breakdowns and the communication was stellar!!! I think I've found my next home for my vehicle to get worked on. Best shop in town. These people bend over backwards to be helpful in every aspect of what they do. After a diagnostic I couldn't afford the repairs at any shop I called(they came in at more than fair). They cleaned my truck during the diagnostic and helped me look for parts. I would use no one else if I have a another issue.

Love the people! Always friendly. They keep me posted on my vehicles progress. No hidden costs or fees. Always quote and explain before doing anything. When I pick up my truck they explain everything and are transparent about everything! I respect that, and will not trust my truck with anyone else!
