GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE!!

I had my first service/experience with Vinnie and CoAuto this week. This has to be one of the cleanest, well run shops I have ever visited. This is coming from a guy who's father owned auto repair shops for 40 years and essentially grew up a grease monkey! Their process is extremely up to date as they use tech during the entire process while they have your vehicle in the shop. You get up to date message with pictures and recommendations directly from the technician who is working the job. Very cool process. Thanks again Vinnie!

As a former maintenance officer in a US Navy aviation squadron, I could not be more impressed with the superlative service at CoAuto. The Systems Diagnostics were expertly conducted and the maintenance was most professionally carried out. The state-of-the-art online maintenance tracking available to all customers kept me up to speed with maintenance being performed, including photographs of gauge readings, defective parts and fluid samples. The facilities are scrupulously clean and inviting, even artistic. This is the best automotive maintenance facility I have ever seen and I will absolutely return here for future needs.

The most honest shop I have ever found!! We all know how notorious auto shops can charge you for things you may not need while overcharging along the way. I have been burned so many times and this shop is THE BEST. I drive over an hour away just to see this shop now. They took it upon themselves to find ways to save on replacement parts for me during my service. They saved me over $200 compared to another shop’s quote. They are honest, kind and genuinely want to earn your business. Vinnie bent over backwards to help me and Brennan (one of the techs) bent over backwards to help. You won’t find nicer people, better pricing, or more quality service. I will be a customer for life.

Thoroughly satisfactory. I don't know what the connection is but your replacing the power steering box seems to have cured the tire rubbing at foll lock steering.
