Reno Auto Repair

I have had maintenance consistently and work done here for a couple of years. When working on your car they’re great at communicating and they support their suggestions with photos and explain everything they evaluate. I never write reviews, but at this point a technician has taken the time to teach me something about maintenance while showing me, also Albert and Rochelle have both been great at communicating like professionals several times. Last Winter when I went to drop off my car in the later part of an evening, the owner was there shoveling snow, and he immediately parked my car in the garage. You can just tell these folks care about running an honest outfit that you can trust.

CoAuto is breaking the mold, the service and focus on customer engagement is great. I’m a gear head but needed to have a vehicle assessed for potential repair. I really liked the online review of their findings and the ability to accept or reject what items I wanted fixed at their shop. I’ll be back!

I have had many years of questionable and dishonest Mechanics. A friend of mine told me about Coauto here in Reno. They are a fantastic group of mechanics that truly care about your concerns for your car and they communicate with you throughout the day, keeping you updated every step of the way in what's involved in the work that needs to be done. In doing this, I felt very confident in their honesty and expertise. Coauto has gained another dedicated customer for the future repairs of my car!

I always love my experience with CoAuto! They are efficient and use great ways to track what is being done to your car and what they recommend for future. Everything is online or by text and they are really on top of their scheduling. I would recommend them to everyone in the Reno area!
