I always love my experience with CoAuto! They are efficient and use great ways to track what is being done to your car and what they recommend for future. Everything is online or by text and they are really on top of their scheduling. I would recommend them to everyone in the Reno area!

Co- Auto do an incredible job. From the minute you drop your vehicle off, you know you are in good hands. Their welcome and service is top notch. Throughout the day, the service technician will call and update you on the status and suggested work on your vehicle. The scope of work discussed thoroughly and you are not pressured. Great first experience at CoAuto! Very friendly staff, clean shop & waiting area, great communication, and really good use of technology to keep customers updated on progress. On top of all of that, I love what all they do for the community! I can see why they were so highly recommended, and I am happy to recommend them as well!

All of the experiences I have had with COAUTO has been top shelf from the people to the actual work completed.

By far the worst ethics of any shop I've been in in my life. I told them the condition of the car and talked on the phone with them three times before taking it there.it sat there for 2 days and then they told me to toe it off there lot, no joke, they said it's not worth working on and it needs to be towed within the next three days. I then asked for a repair quote they said it be about 2k but I would need to find another shop. I was charged $120 for these "services" unless you have a newish Audi I'm sure you will need to find another shop for your car issues

I almost hate to give such a high rating because it could contribute to making CoAuto so busy that I have a hard time getting my vehicles in for service... but the rating is truly well deserved! I have found the overall quality of service, prices for the work done and especially the customer service to be exceptional! The blend of personal interaction and information provided via emails and texts works great for me as well, and I always appreciate being prompted to ask questions. I have had my vehicles worked on at many shops but have yet to find Customer service people as good as Matt and especially Rochelle!

Always friendly, honest, and try to save me money when they can. They are transparent with what they find and if you don’t understand they have no problem explaining things to you. Best car place I have been to.

Best place I’ve been to honestly as far as customer service. I thought customer service was dead!! I appreciate the honesty, detail, online customer info, and of course the great work they did on my car. Definitely recommend them.
