CoAuto is pretty much my favorite garage ever. They have an online appointment request. They call you promptly to get more info and to set up the appointment. They are up front about costs and will tell you if there is any uncertainty in their estimate. Their work is solid, and they tell you what repairs are immediately necessary and what can be delayed. Both the office workers and mechanics are friendly; they actually smile and give the impression that they like working at CoAuto. They left my car as clean as when I dropped it off. Finally, they will text or email you with the invoice as well as giving you the paper version if you wish it. They are a bit more expensive; but worth it, since I confidence that they will act ethically.

CoAuto did what they said they'd do and for the price that was quoted! Very, very happy with their work and we will be using them for both of our cars and recommending them highly!! Great place!!

The best auto shop in Reno!

I've never felt so comfortable asking questions and learning more about my car before! Everyone there greets you with a smile and never once did I feel overwhelmed by the information I was given. PLUS my check engine light has been fixed. It feels like my car has risen from the dead!!! Woo hoo!!

CoAuto did a great job doing all the services I needed on my car. They did what they said they'd do, and their communications for keeping you up to date on what is going on with your car and the cost of each service is awesome. And Rochelle was the best! I'd recommend CoAuto highly!
