Albert and Rochelle are the best! They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful! The techs are the best in Reno and very thorough with their work. My truck has 360K on the odometer with no check engine light thanks to these guys. I've brought my vehicle here for all sorts of different servicing and they have always taken care of me. From engine repair to A/C work these guys get it done! I really like that EVERYTHING is documented and they take pictures as proof of what the issues are and whats going on with your vehicle. They even update your servicing and repairs on CarFax! This is great if you plan on selling your vehicle down the road as all maintenance and repairs are fully documented. Cant say enough good things about this place. Keep up the good work!

Our experience could not have been better. Customer service/care is tops. The repair that was needed has been successfully completed and time will tell if the problem re-occurs. We plan on returning for future needs.

They have always been on target with repairs. ”extra maybe’s” don't suddenly appear. Their knowledge assures me that what ever needs to be done, will be so with professional skill.

We went to CO Auto for a second opinion on a suggested repair for our vehicle. We were greeted with a smile and genuine interest in our being there. The shop was the cleanest we have seen and the lobby or waiting area was decorated with work from local artists. They did a complete review of our vehicle and prioritized recommended repairs. The initial reason for coming in was not an issue for our car, which was a great relief. They cleaned the windows, vacuumed the car, and provided us with a detailed report of their findings. I would highly recommend this company! We will be using them for all our auto repair needs in the future.

Very thorough in their explanations of what’s wrong with the car, what you might need etc... They seek to help -not to simply retrieve your money in any way they can. All of the staff are very nice! Only place on reno I will take my car!
