I have always have amazing service here with the Lucido brothers at CoAuto. They have amazing customer service and explain everything in a way that normal person can understand. Recently purchases a BMW M3 and they has no problems replacing the clutch and flywheel. Normal to exotics, their crew knows there stuff.

Great shop every time. I've used them for repairs and maintenance over a dozen times for company fleet as well as personal vehicles. They're thorough and provide a quick turnaround when you need it.

In late October 2018, nearing 100K miles on my Subaru, I knew it was time to replace the timing belt. Having received a quote of nearly $1600 from a dealership for the job, I started checking into locally owned service centers. After an internet search of local shops, and their respective reviews, CaAuto had risen to the top as a potential candidate to perform the service. Upon contacting them, I was given a quote well below the dealership’s price. I confirmed with CoAuto they were using the same brand of replacement parts the dealer was using, and their tech had many years of experience servicing Subarus. While servicing my vehicle, they kept me apprised of the progress with photos, and suggestions of other items that might need attention. It was up to me to accept or decline their recommendations. They had my vehicle ready by 5 PM, as promised. I would not hesitate to return to CoAuto for future service on any of my vehicles. Furthermore, I’ve recommended them to friends and family, should anyone be searching for a full-service shop, staffed by ASE certified technicians, to maintain or service their rides.

I thought we found an honest repair shop after our first visit, but had a different experience on our second visit. We feel taken advantage of by this place, quoting unnecessary work and we believe they broke something in our vehicle. Can't say wether it was intentional or not but either way we won't be going back. Very disappointed.

After dealing with a sketchy shop what a true blessing to have found CoAuto (thank you Yelp!) The personalization and taking the time to explain, (as well as text alerts and photos of what is wrong) one cannot find at many places. Everyone being the counter is very friendly and happy to see you! This is a good reliable trustworthy place especially if you are a female. Everything is explained and they take the time to get the job done right. Relying on my car so much for my current position at work I need peace of mind when my car is not functioning correctly, so I am very thankful to have CoAuto nearby!
