My particular vehicle had a very difficult to diagnose issue. I'm not here to berate the local dealership but they did mis diagnose my car at considerable expense to me. Typically I try and repair my own vehicles, and I understand what the dealership was trying to do, and in all fairness to them they did waive my labor costs. Gabe was my advisor and Brenton was the technician. Brenton was instrumental in the correct diagnosis of our vehicle and is without a doubt the most professional technician I've ever met. Before recently retiring I worked at several different new car dealerships for over forty years and Brenton is without a doubt the most knowledgeable technician I've ever met. Our vehicle broke down while we were visiting our daughter in northern California, we live in southern California and we actually returned to CO Auto again to have Brenton do additional service to our vehicle. Reno is blessed to have such an extremely talented staff in their city. Everyone I spoke with during our situation Gabe and I believe Nick were always well informed and helpful. Gabe even gave me his personal cell phone number. Count your lucky stars Reno and don't think twice about having your vehicle serviced here!
