Reno Auto Repair

We are new to Reno Nevada and needed to find the right shop to service our cars. I’m so thrilled to have found CoAuto! Not only are they a company with cutting edge technology used for diagnostics as well as repairs, but the greatest gift is their communication with the customer.... allowing us to be a part of the process. I feel like we’re partners in the care and maintenance of our vehicles. I received updates on my smart phone complete with pictures. The foundation of the company seems very community minded, environmentally conscientious, and ethically run! My son will be dealing with this shop on his own while attending UNR and I really feel it’s a blessing that we found CoAuto for him to be safe and sound. I highly recommend them.

Great shop, great people, and great customer service. Fixed a transmission issue in my Subaru back in January in a timely manner. My go to shop!

I am very proud of the attention to detail and customer satisfaction that my two sons exhibit in their work ethics. They both have repaired my vehicles over the years and I the quality has been superb. I have even towed my vehicles from California to their shop, not because they are my sons, but because it's the best repair shop I've ever been to. Keep up the great work sons! Fantastic repair shop. Prices are a bit steep but the mechanics are transparent about the repairs they recommend (they provide pictures of any visible damage/wear), and they're easy to interact with. My engine started leaking coolant badly, so I brought it in 5 minutes before the shop closed on a Friday -- they all stayed late, drove to the Subaru dealership for a new part, and fixed my car up even though I brought the car in so last minute.

After meeting with you yesterday, I reviewed my driving history. I got my license at 16, I'm now 82 - I have been driving for 66 years. This was the first time someone, Vinnie, looked me in the eye and explained everything that was wrong with my car. He did this with pictures and explanations that I, a woman, could understand. I definitely will keep his number in my phone. He is the best - understanding, compassionate, sincere, honest.

Vinnie, Albert and the rest of the team at CoAuto are great. They do not try to guess at what your car may need and throw out low numbers to try to gain your business. They actually take the time to thoroughly inspect your vehicle and provide you with a very detail diagnoses and cost of repairs. I was very impressed with the report they texted me and a follow up phone call to go into further detail about what may be urgent and what I might want to repair in the future. They did a great job replacing my struts and I will definitely be returning.

They are the best! Everyone is really friendly! I love how involved they are with my car and helpful with me being involved as well!

Co Auto is simply the best auto shop I have dealt with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything I requested was done. They even provided me with a digital inspection report right to my cell phone. Something I have never received from any where else, and gave me reassurance that the work was done! I won't go anywhere else!

Outstanding customer service! They worked on my daughter in law's car on Monday and then mine right after. The constant contact and toasted was unbelievable and appreciated ! Both cars came in right as quoted and finished when they did they would be! I have found my NEW HOME for any automotive needs! Wilrecommend to anyone looking for a great and honest shop! I finally have my car back after a hellish experience with another shop. I can't say enough nice things about Co Auto. They are crazy knowledgeable, their prices are fair, customer service was some of the best I've ever had, anywhere. They were able to explain what was wrong with my car and never talked down to me, and did the job right the first time. I have complete confidence in their work and I'll never take any of my cars anywhere else. Customer for life.
