This is the only place in town where I'll bring my car. They've gone above and beyond on every visit, even driving me home on one particular occasion when my ride fell through. You work one on one with a technician and almost feel as if you know the crew by name by the time you leave. Really great experience. Plus! They make a point not to sell me any maintenance that isn't necessary. They'll tell me exactly what needs to be done that day and add on detailed footnotes about what should be done in the next 6 mos. to a year. Beautiful space inside that makes a point to feature rotating artists with pieces available for sell without taking a commission. I'm impressed every time, keep it up!

The biggest downfall to getting a new car is not being able to take it to these guys for a while. They are wonderful and knowledgable. Most importantly, I feel respected and like everyone is being upfront with me.

Found another problem they missed putting my Audi Allroad back together. They must have been in a hurry to get it done by Friday afternoon. They new it wasn't running right when they were done and didn't check it out. Also missed putting the electrical connections back in their holders. Must have been in a hurry. Now I have a oil leak.Can't wait to see what I find. Very disappointed thought I found a good repair shop.

You know you have reached adulthood when you can finally say that you have a mechanic. I have a few more boxes to check before I can really feel grown up, but CoAuto has helped me check 1 of them. I love the fact that they are so transparent, I totally feel like I can trust them with my car, and to be charged fairly. I love the pictures and detailed list of what they have done to your car. I love the fact that they are leaps and bounds above every other car mechanic that I have had when it comes to technology. Each visit I receive a detailed email, text messages, photos, invoices, estimates . . .customer service deserves more than 5 stars. The people are nice, the art work is cool, and most importantly they do great work.
