I was in a real bind when my car started making loud noises. They found the problem and found the least expensive way to fix it safely! It wound up being my AC compressor. They got me up and running that day and put up with a ton of my phone calls asking questions. They were courteous and professional! I will be back in summer to replace the compressor because they are about $300 less then other shops I called around to. Thank you!!

Larry at CoAuto was so helpful when the fuel pump went out on my daughter's Mazda. We had the car towed over late in the afternoon and they had it ready to go by the next morning. They called a week later just to be sure that everything was okay. I will definitely use them again!

I have had 3 different shops check why one of my brand new tires has a slow leak. All 3 shops sent me on my way saying they could not find a problem while tire had to be filled every couple days. One day with the guys at Co auto and problem solved. Great customer service and love ability to book appointment online.

As the owner of an aging car, I'm so grateful that I've found such a great hometown mechanic as CoAuto. I've taken my car to them several times for different problems over the past couple of years, and every time I have been so pleased with the level and quality of service that I've received. The employees are always incredibly friendly and treat me with respect. They've never made me feel bad or guilty for not knowing something (which has been my experience before at other mechanic shops). Even though I'm a car novice, they've always explained the problems with my car without talking down to me. I've found their prices to be commensurate to the quality of their work, and I've never had to return my car for more work on the same problem. I also appreciate the technological conveniences that they offer; customers are able to schedule appointments online, and the mechanics can send you pictures of the work they're doing over email so that you can approve it without having to come in. Best mechanic ever! These guys are awesome! Competitively priced, really honest, fast, friendly, and clean! Their shop is awesome, ever since my first oil change here, I can't say enough good things about the place. If ever you're having car troubles, or even if you just need basic maintenance, this is the place to go!!!

Very professional car broke down coming in from sac they took care of me when they were only open for one more hour understanding I'm from out of town and would be stranded.. Fast friendly and cool art through out shop if your in Reno check them out!!!!
