wow where can I even begin. I recently had some bad luck with my car and I had to bring my Volvo in a few times for various different issues. ugh! naturally I came into Co auto for the very first time extremely frustrated with my unlucky car situation. But everything changed when I walked inside of co-auto. Not only was I greeted by two of the friendliest gentleman I have ever met (and I work in the hospitality industry, so that is saying a lot) but I also got a very informative review of everything that was wrong with my car and exactly what needed to be fixed. I immediately trusted them with my car--which is something that ALL auto shops should strive for (although few actually do). they are HONEST they CARE about your car and you. not to mention the beautiful art hanging from wall to wall. they are very fairly priced for the thorough work that they do which is really the cherry on top. QUALITY WORK!!! shoutout to Larry, Rochelle, and Vince. you have made a customer for life!

Brought them my 1995 4runner for a timing belt job. When I go to pick it up, it was about 60$ more than I was quoted. When they did the job, I ended up needing a serpentine belt and a radiator cap. I also work in a trade and know that sometimes it must be done. After explaining, I was ready to pay to extra. The owner waved the difference because they didn't call me. I will go back for more work, I will send my friends. They did a great job.

Just had my oil change here and it was fantastic! I've been searching for a good, honest mechanic here in Reno. I took my time and I happened to have a conversation with Anthony and I decided to bring my car in. They went above and beyond, rotated and filled my tires. There always is the doomsday moment when you're getting the maintenance report but fortunately I was good to go. They mentioned minor preventative measures to act upon in the future, but it wasn't the stereotypical pressure I've received from mechanics who demand something must be fixed. Overall, they were fast, thorough and a trustworthy group of people. I've found my auto shop here in Reno. If you haven't found one yet... you definitely should come here!

This whole team is great from Rachelle in the office to each and every technician. No surprise since the owners set the tone with their amazing communication and service. Oh - you have to check out their new digs. Huge shout out to the muralist. Thanks guys - I won't go anywhere else.

The staff are amazing and very friendly they understood that I had a time constraint they worked me in and solved my problem very quickly. Please go and see these guys they are going to take care of you. I was very surprised that they also offered service after the sale via free roadside assistance. I hope I don't need it but what a great idea what a great thought super super place.
