CoAuto is awesome! What more could you ask for that an honest mechanic that's community focused and environmentally conscious. I was in a bind and on a short schedule and they accommodated my auto needs with no questioned asked. Everything was explained well with easy communication and before I knew it, i was back on the road worry free. It's really refreshing to drive away from a shop knowing I didn't get taken advantage of due to my lack of automotive knowledge. I know we can all relate to this. So instead of questioning whether or not you're going to get screwed over on parts or labor costs just go to CoAuto.

First off when your regular mechanic recommends a place then you figure it's got to be good. Then when they come with a price that's about $150 LESS than the "traveling on the road mechanic" quotes to fix the transmission I knew I was in the right place! Thank you CoAuto!!

Very rude. This business is right by my friends house and they park oversized vehicles in HER driveway without permission. My friend asked them nicely to not park there and they were extremely rude to her and told her to just "be careful" as she backs out. I wouldn't support a business that parked on my property and just acted like it's my problem. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be supporting people who have no respect for your things, space or time. If they can't respect the residents that LIVE on the same street as their business then they can't be a respectable business.

This was my first visit to CoAuto and they met my high expectations! They diagnosed my radiator and strut issues and provided quick, quality repairs. Excellent service and wonderful front desk support! I will return and recommend CoAuto to everyone!

CoAuto has worked on my vehicle a few times now, and every time, they under-promise and over-deliver. The entire team is kind and respectful. The owners, two brothers, are great mechanics and just all around nice guys. Their new facility is a work of art. They display a ton of local artist's work, and the shop has a beautiful mural on the wall. I've done some work for a number of mechanic shops in town on the IT side of things, and I have never seen a shop as clean as theirs. I once heard a saying, that you can tell how much a tradesman loves his trade by how well he takes care of his tools, and this shop is the epitome of that saying. The "Co," in CoAuto, apparently stands for Community Conscious, and with the number of services, classes, and amount of charity they do for the Reno-Sparks community, really shows that they mean it. Every time I have had my vehicle worked on, they have spent the time to educate me on what they did, why they did it, and how I can take better care of my vehicle. Not to mention, they also provide an amazing warranty and reimbursement for towing, up to a certain amount, for a year or two. I am not sure where else in Reno, you can get the same level of service and warranty, as you can here. I will be taking my vehicle here, from here on out. I recommend the same to anyone reading this.

I know absolutely nothing about cars, let alone anything that was wrong with my car. These guys were completely honest, and finished a bunch of different jobs on the car in about a day. Best part of all was my total bill was actually a little less than the quote I received. I'm 100% completely satisfied and would absolutely recommend them to anyone .
