Co-Auto staff is awesome. My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 separate unrelated issues and the experience was Fast and wonderful every time. My total bill is always lower than quoted which is always a pleasant surprise and quite unique for the industry. As a firm believer that no company is perfect and what makes a company AMAZING is how they resolve complaints. After my last visit I noticed my vehicle was acting different, they picked up my vehicle from my home (15 miles from the shop) resolved the minor issue, then brought my vehicle back to my home, Washed. WOW!! Not may business today recover from a complaint with such wonderful customer service. THANK YOU CO-Auto!!

The guys at the shop were so friendly! I was able to get my car in quickly, they fixed it quickly and at a great price. I'm thrilled with the service. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are amazing! When we were told by every shop that instead of fixing a problem, we'd have to replace a very expensive part. Coauto were the only ones who could fix the problem and saved us well over 1000 dollars. High quality work aswell. Will be going to them for all my mechanical needs.

This is the mechanic we are all hoping to find. I have taken our cars to them a few times now for various reasons. They are friendly, more than fair, and very knowledgable. I would recommend Coauto to my family and friends any time.

I called CoAuto on the advice of a friend to get an estimate on replacing a head gasket, water pump, and timing belt for a car I was thinking about purchasing. Anthony not only worked up a quote for me and emailed it to me in writing, he also asked questions about my situation and suggested I get the vehicle inspected before purchasing. Realizing the sense of urgency that can sometimes come with a private party car purchase, he offered to fit me in on the same day and explained the entire process in detail. I haven't even taken my cars there yet, but he was so patient with my questions, was never in a rush to get me off the phone, and never made me feel ignorant about the topic. This morning I received a follow up email from him checking to see if I ended up buying the car and again offering to answer any questions I might have, but was not at all pushy about it. It's nice to have found not only a good, honest mechanic in town, but also one who has a fantastic sense of customer service and knows what it means to earn his customers' business. I am definitely taking my cars here and would highly recommend these guys to anybody.

Best mechanic service in Reno , don't deal with any of the rude mechanics in town . Go to the two friendliest professionals in the business!

I have been to these friendly guys several times, for simple oil changes, and also for a completely blown engine. They are always super honest and fair, and eager to show me what they've discovered with my car (that is, when my Corolla mysteriously died on the highway). They are also incredibly helpful and flexible, always willing to help out their community. When my car was effectively pronounced 'dead' (well not really, but the cost of the repair would have competed with the car's worth), they not only let me keep it there until I figured out my plan of action, but they even counseled me in what kind of used cars to keep an eye out for on the local market. Anthony actually pulled up Craigslist and looked at some cars with me, pointing out ones that he deemed a good value... um, how awesome is that?! So all in all, I definitely recommend their accurate, efficient, and HONEST service!

They are as Good as it Gets!! I just had them replace the brakes on my BMW. They were very fast, curtious and very affordable for great work!! Today, many people are scared to trust auto machanics due to ethics and honesty... Thank you Anthony & Vinnie for taking such good care of my car and me!
