The staff are amazing and very friendly they understood that I had a time constraint they worked me in and solved my problem very quickly. A top-notch auto shop. Just call for an appointment and soon afterward they (likely Vinnie) will call to give you a detailed assessment of your vehicle's situation. You will get specifics pertaining to your original problem and suggestions regarding other possible issues, but never will you be pushed to fix everything. If something comes up mid-repair, they call to evaluate with you. Prices are fair, they guarantee their work, and the turnaround time is usually faster than estimated.

I have been wanting to write this review for some time. CoAuto had become our go to for car repairs. My car has 150,000 miles on it and is still my "baby". They are always thoughtful to my needs and don't try to over sell me while still being honest and appropriately diagnosing the issue and correcting it. My car is running great and it's because of their knowledge and assistance! Thank you!

Only Pros! No Cons! So far I've been nothing short of impressed getting my SUV serviced at CoAuto. Value for Money -Only charged me $30 for an general diagnostic on the vehicle. Peace of Mind -All the parts I had installed are covered by a 24K mile warranty two year warranty and comes with roadside assistance for a year Prompt Service -I had a 8am appointment and the team at CoAuto was ready. I was able to drop off my car and head out after only a few minutes. Keeping me Up to date I've never had a mechanic keep me so well informed on the progress of my service. He treated my SUV like I had left an injured child with him. In total I had 5 separate phone calls with Vinnie. After telling me his diagnostic he further went on to very clearly explain why he recommended service with estimates on cost every step of the way. -Before beginning any work he made sure to get my approval. Twice Vinnie called to update me on cost increases and when I could expect to pick up my vehicle. -Ride Home Shuttled me home after dropping off my car. Then picked me up when my car was ready! Can't beat that! Lobby The interior is painted in a vibrant orange and decorated with works by local artists and automotive merchandise. This place breaks the negative stereotypes of car shops! And correctly focuses not only on the automotive but customer service as well.
