I looked up CoAuto when I was looking for a shop to take my car. What surprised me most was that most of the negative reviews on Google were responded to by the owner. Since then I've had nothing but the best service. They've resolved emergency issues and been very flexible and communicative about scheduling. James especalially has been a great help and is always kind and accommodating. Prices make sense, service is great, communication is impeccable!

I needed to get my starter repaired. I had it towed over and my service was top notch! They helped me greatly as being a single dad and only one car! They were very professional and gave me a great review of my repairs with pictures and everything! They got the ok for repairs and had my car back to me is amazing time! I can’t say enough about the staff here and how helpful they all are!! Thank you CoAuto for the amazing experience while dealing with broke car!! I will surely be a loyal customer moving forward! Highly recommend!

This is definitely NOT your average car repair shop! They do things differently and I can’t recommend them enough. They care about the community, about the environment, their employees and their customers. For my repair, they searched high and low all across the country to locate a part no longer manufactured by GM. They also kept my bill as low as possible. Honesty, integrity, communication and empathy practiced here!

Absolutely love this place. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Ceaser was wonderful, he answered any and all questions that I had. Had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment, but totally worth the wait! My car was ready in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning to this company!!
