I had an appointment at 8 a.m. I had to get my 2 grandchildren to 2 different pre-school locations that morning so I had my morning planned around that. I arrived at the shop at 8 sharp and requested a Lyft ride on my phone to get home. I went into the lobby to find one customer waiting with no employees to be seen. After about 5 minutes, two more customers walked in, and the lobby was starting to fill up with customers. I looked in the garage and there was the whole crew having some sort of morning team meeting. After 20 minutes I left, cancelled my Lyft ride ($5 fee) and went about my morning getting the kids to school so they would not be late. Note to Co Auto: if you are going to have a team meeting, perhaps you should conduct it before or after business hours. I found it rude and unprofessional and won't be back.
Tim, I apologize. You're right our team meetings are held during business hours. We have spoken recently as a team about this very scenerio, as you are not the 1st to mention it. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and hope to make it up in the future. We have put new policies in place that allows the front office staff to assist any waiting clients during the morning meetings. We were trying our best to schedule clients for post 8:15am on our meeting days but understand that clients have schedules to adhere to as well so now if anyone arrives we handle them immediately. I apologize we couldn't be your service center, I can only hope you give us another try. Although I do appreciate honest reviews I hope you can throw us a bone and up it to a 3 star as we did not intend to ignore you. Thank you for your time. Vinnie Lucido
