CoAuto has it together! I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in Friday morning and getting my car up and running before desperately needing it before the weekend. They even drove me to work after dropping off my vehicle via tow truck that morning. The best car service and employee customer service I've had in Reno. I've highly advise calling them the next time you are in need.

Finding a mechanic who won't hose you is priceless. Well, I took my whip in to Co Auto a couple weeks ago. I was terrified. How much time would they waste? How much would they gouge me? As I rode to their shop in the tow truck, I could envision them pulling out cigars and laughing hysterically as they pointed at my taillights driving away, counting the money I just dished out to them... But alas, there was no time wasted. No gouging. And no creepy cigar shenanigans. The whole process was extremely easy, far below the cost I'd estimated, and... enjoyable! They definitely won me over as a customer. Go there. We need more businesses like them here in Reno.

This is a very well run automotive business. It is very clean & highly organized. The mechanics r very knowledgable, prompt & thorough. They explain what is needed 2 repair ur vehicle, how much it will cost & the time required 2 fulfill the estimated repairs. They also know that keeping an automobile in good working order assures no surprises. They keep their customers informed of needed & required upkeep via your preferred contact options. I recommend these industrious & smart family business entrepreneurs. Once u & ur auto r under their wing, u will feel well cared 4 & wont need 2 go anywhere else.

Anthony and Vinnie are the best. I took my 2009 Audi A4 here for my turbo to be replaced (not exactly a small fix), and it was was an absolutely flawless job. Not only did they offer the best price, they provided excellent customer service, and got my car back to me in no time.

I took my Mazda to Co Auto because my airbag light was flashing on and off. I had a tight time frame to get the work done and they were great about accommodating that. They called me and kept me updated about the progress. They charged what they said they would. The front office staff we friendly as were the mechanics. I will go back to Co Auto and I would recommend them.

I have endless stories of how the guys at CoAuto have saved my friends and family so much money by not overselling them services and products they don't need. There have been numerous occasions I have requested CoAuto to fix or replace something that really wasn't the problem and they talked me into a much cheaper resolution. These guys are true honest professionals that care about their clients as if they were family. I can't recommend CoAuto enough and they also have a great warranty program that works nationwide.

You can depend on them to do the job right today and be around into the future. In other words, True Gearheads: these guys know cars, trucks, dirtbikes, snowmobiles, etc. They also understand the importance of community. I've had two different vehicles worked on by them and both were done right the first time because they'd done their research. (Wish I could say the same for some other places in town.) Co-Auto was also flexible and worked fast when I told them I needed my truck back for a period in in-between two different repairs one of the vehicles needed. So why 4 stars? Their receptionist must be really overworked because when I ask her a question that she'll have to relay to the mechanics she gives me a response of, "Ok if the answer is such and such I won't call you back." I don't think calling me back with the answer to my question is that big a hardship so like I said, she must just be really overworked.

Co Auto is the best garage in Reno hands down. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. But above all else they genuinely care about me, my vehicle, my safety and the community of Reno. I've been bringing my vehicles here since they opened and will continue to do so forever. These guys are the best mechanics around and I trust them unconditionally.

I've been to CoAuto various times and each experience has been great. They work fast, everybody is always very friendly, and they stand by their work. Recently I returned when a part failed after 6 months, and their warranty covered the replacement 100%! It's a family business and they are always going above and beyond. Five stars for sure!!

Wonderful, fast, affordable, and reliable! I just moved to the area and went here based on the reviews! So glad I did. Will be coming back for any car troubles :)
