Best oil change I’ve ever had. Nothing but 5 star service from the moment you walk into the shop to when you start driving.

We've been to CoAuto twice recently with older vehicles in need of some major work. I was very impressed with the level of communication regarding the status of parts orders and the work being done, as well as the explanations of what was needed. I was also impressed with how serious they were about making the premises safe in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Dog-friendly, art work on the walls and very friendly people made it an even better experience.

Great as always!

I first visited CO Auto for a vehicle inspection last year when I purchase my care. I spent over $1000 in repairs and maintenance. This year, I had to return to Co Auto due to my crank shaft sensor mysteriously breaking off where the wire connects to the sensor. Co Auto provided a 3 year warranty on my part and I also paid nearly $350 for it, so I took it in. My vehicle was inspected that late afternoon and I receive photos of my wire and the top of my hood. They stated they believed it was caused by rodent damage. I let them know that was not possible and there were never any signs of mice or rodents in my car. I asked to have a mouse pest control worker to take a look at the car for a professional opinion. They agreed to this and also allowed for a 2nd opinion. I was quite upset about this situation and felt they were treating it unfair especially since there was no true evidence of mice. Day 1, the first photo I received of my wire displayed a broken off wire. Day 2, after I threatened the company with having my car further inspected by someone else. I received more photos of my car and wire later that day from a different mechanic who inspected my car again without my permission. This time I got photos of a wire that had marks all in it, when there were no marks in the previous wire photos. Needless to say the worker I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, and showed obvious detest towards me. I felt completely scammed and worried my car was tampered with so I got my vehicle off their lot and to a 2nd opinion. My second opinion, another repair shop, stated that the wire did not have bit marks and that there was no evidence of rodents in my car. No droppings, no destruction, and no nesting. When I also showed the photos to an exterminator, he was appalled that this was happening to me. I showed the photos to the mechanics at the other shop as well and they could see that the 2nd set of photos sent to me were not the same as the first set of photos sent a day prior and were not the same as the wire broken off in my car.

The BEST place to take your car. Awesome, friendly staff. Dropped my car off in the morning and they called me that afternoon to let me know what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend this spot!

Amazing service! My hybrid vehicle needed a new battery and I did a lot of research and spoke with many auto repair shops and I felt the most comfortable with Coauto. In the end, since my vehicle also had aesthetic damages that also needed repair i decided to sell it instead. However, the service I received at Coauto was top notch. From the pricing, to the support from Rochelle and Matt, everything was top notch. Even after I informed them that i'd be selling my vehicle instead, the amazing and kind treatment continued, which other places would have not done after finding out they will no longer working with you. Also, if you ever call and are put on a brief hold, you'll hear the BEST message!

I’m so grateful that someone referred me to Coauto when my car needed work done. At nearly 200k miles and no prior service aside from the routine oil changes... I was nervous. I wanted to make sure I could trust the spot I took my car to because I had no idea what I might be getting myself into. For that reason, I’m a fan of Coauto. They have a work order system that allows the client to know exactly what’s going on as the mechanic is going through the diagnostic and repairs. They even include photos along the way and are nice about answering any and all questions! I never felt like I was left out of the loop about what was going on with my vehicle. I would describe Coauto as being sophisticated yet user friendly. Did I mention that my car feels like new again..? Because it does. Thanks Coauto:)
