Great service, very professional.

Rochelle was very knowledgeable, super friendly and so happy to help. In fact all of the staff we dealt with were exceptionally friendly. Communication was excellent and the service was fast and efficient. We will use them again if we need service in the future and I will recommend them to everyone that we know in Reno.

I absolutely love taking my car to Co Auto. Rochelle is the best... but truly all the employees there are awesome. Customer service is spot on. They communicate everything and they speak my language when doing so. They have great technical bonuses such as text alerts and updates on your service. I think that’s rad. They always get my in when I call too. I would 100% recommend them. It’s also that they are avid supporters of the Reno Art scene and have local artist displayed in their lobby. Oh and Rochelle always gives me hot tea and chocolates- what’s better than that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I enjoyed having the ability to see the repairs live via their app. Very cool. However, I did not appreciate the call the next day after pickup telling me they might have made a mistake with their repairs/car service. That was troubling and inconvenient. I will need to reassess if I will use them again after that.

This is the only automotive shop I go to in Reno. Every time I have come in they have been nothing but the friendliest. Matt, and Rochelle are going to be my go tos for sure. Thank you!
