This family owned business is by far the best auto shop in Reno. If you don't know much about cars and the terrible things that can happen to them and you're looking for a place you can trust to do you justice then you have found it. These brothers are great mechanics and they actually care about the people who come to them. They'll give you a good deal too! My old escort needed quite a bit work when I brought it to them and they found all the necessary parts in town for the repairs and got it up in running in a speedy manner. I thought I was going to be looking at a very expensive bill but it turned out to be quite reasonable considering all the hard work they put into it. I will suggest CoAuto for all family friends from now on and they will definitely be a permanent auto shop for my vehicle. Thanks CoAuto you Rock!!!

Best service I got in Reno by far. They are not only nice, but very efficient and fast. I don't bother trying other shops in town because I know that won't find any other mechanics as honest and good as these guys are.

The lucido brothers know how to run a well organized and professional shop. My GMC Canyon had an issue with irregular idle. Anthony was able to diagnose it and teach me about how the O2 sensor worked by showing me on the diagnosis tool how the sensor should be functioning prior to repair. After the repair was completed, he took his teaching lesson full circle by showing that the new O2 sensor was functioning as it should and that the repair has worked. I have not had this issue since and the vehicle is running much better. Thank you Anthony for taking the time to teach me a little more about my vehicle while fixing it. It is also nice that they offer a 2 year, 24k mile warranty on the repair.

I brought my car here for a new timing belt. They were very efficient and I felt I received a quality job at a very good price. I feel I can really trust these guys and would highly recommend them when it comes to working on your vehicle.

Co-Auto staff is awesome. My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 separate unrelated issues and the experience was Fast and wonderful every time. My total bill is always lower than quoted which is always a pleasant surprise and quite unique for the industry. As a firm believer that no company is perfect and what makes a company AMAZING is how they resolve complaints. After my last visit I noticed my vehicle was acting different, they picked up my vehicle from my home (15 miles from the shop) resolved the minor issue, then brought my vehicle back to my home, Washed. WOW!! Not may business today recover from a complaint with such wonderful customer service. THANK YOU CO-Auto!!

The guys at the shop were so friendly! I was able to get my car in quickly, they fixed it quickly and at a great price. I'm thrilled with the service. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are amazing! When we were told by every shop that instead of fixing a problem, we'd have to replace a very expensive part. Coauto were the only ones who could fix the problem and saved us well over 1000 dollars. High quality work aswell. Will be going to them for all my mechanical needs.

This is the mechanic we are all hoping to find. I have taken our cars to them a few times now for various reasons. They are friendly, more than fair, and very knowledgable. I would recommend Coauto to my family and friends any time.

I called CoAuto on the advice of a friend to get an estimate on replacing a head gasket, water pump, and timing belt for a car I was thinking about purchasing. Anthony not only worked up a quote for me and emailed it to me in writing, he also asked questions about my situation and suggested I get the vehicle inspected before purchasing. Realizing the sense of urgency that can sometimes come with a private party car purchase, he offered to fit me in on the same day and explained the entire process in detail. I haven't even taken my cars there yet, but he was so patient with my questions, was never in a rush to get me off the phone, and never made me feel ignorant about the topic. This morning I received a follow up email from him checking to see if I ended up buying the car and again offering to answer any questions I might have, but was not at all pushy about it. It's nice to have found not only a good, honest mechanic in town, but also one who has a fantastic sense of customer service and knows what it means to earn his customers' business. I am definitely taking my cars here and would highly recommend these guys to anybody.
