Wonderful prompt service, friendly staff, love that they contribute to the community by showing and selling local art in their store I bought an original piece for a gift for someone while there, and nice that they call you an Uber to your home while you wait and my car was so clean when I picked it up after hours ( love the key box so you can finish work then get your car )
I was driving across several states to get to a funeral. My car overheated in Sparks, NV the next morning I called several places to try to get my car in to be fixed so I could make it to the funeral. CoAuto immediately got my car into the garage, quickly diagnosed the issues and got my car fixed the same day. I really appreciate the work that the employees did on my car and how understanding they were that I needed to get in and out as quickly as possible. My car is running perfectly again and I am grateful that they made it possible for me to get to home. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
Highly recommend! The team worked seamlessly from start to finish. All reports and findings were emailed directly to me with pictures, diagnoses and options to fix the root cause. They did not push me to fix the vehicle, rather gave all options and suggested to continue checking vehicle fluid levels rather than sinking over 5k into the it.
