I had an issue with my 2011 Subaru Outback overheating. I had a local mobile mechanic run a diagnostic, however he ended up being unreliable and unresponsive and cost me hundreds in a rental car costs after telling me I should not drive the car and ordering the wrong part for my car. I took my car over to CoAuto as my boyfriend recently had a great experience with them. I walked in this morning without any appt just before heading to work; I was promptly greeted by the owner, Vinnie, who truly listened and cared about my issues. He, very generously, took valuable time out of his day to take a look at my car and thoroughly explain all possible issues. He even showed me ways in which I could possibly fix it myself to save some money (this is unheard of with any mechanics around town!) after being screwed by this other mechanic. I have never come across such a friendly, patient, trustworthy car mechanic, and I’ve had my fair share of car issues in my lifetime!
