They were very helpful and capable with my Tesla. They even have Tesla certified parts and can do the yearly maintenance on a Tesla easily. The company bent over backwards to find the right part for my 12 volt battery. Thank you Anthony and Alberto.

Staff were extremely transparent with the work they performed throughout the entire process. I have a very old vehicle with odd quirks and it did take them a long time (10 days) to figure out the issue it was having. But I have to respect the communication and professionalism they displayed. They also charged me a very fair price considering how much time they put into the job. I've had more than my fair share of shady mechanic encounters, but this shop gave me a very good first impression. I highly recommend them.

They scammed my brother told him that his gasoline was contaminated with diesel, we are taking them to court.

I put up a status on FB asking for people's recommendation for a good, reliable and fair mechanic and these guys were recommended more than twice. I chose to try them out and they sure did not disappoint!!! Not only did they get me right in, they worked on my car promptly and had wonderful customer service. From the people in the office, to the guy, Mikey, who gave me back my car. He even had it running, with the heater on. I will be back and encourage you to give them a shot too! They come highly recommended from good people I know and are local guys who also give back to our community #Winning all around!

I came here based on the reviews, and on the fact that one of the mechanics I trust the most in Reno is now working for them since he left the other shop he worked for. Excellent customer service end to end, and Larry was kind enough on sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly that was wrong with my aging VW. He was open, frank, and answered all of my questions. Seems I'm going to have to retire my VW, but when I get a new ride I will always take it to CoAuto, without a doubt.
